Conduct client intake and gather essential information with professionalism and empathy
Prepare and type legal documents, correspondence, and other materials
Schedule client appointments, consultations, and manage attorney's calendar
Answer phones and respond to client inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and information as needed
Maintain organized client files and case documentation
Assist attorney with various administrative tasks and projects
Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Previous office or administrative experience
Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
Strong typing skills with attention to accuracy
Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to learn legal terminology and procedures
