Responsibilities

Execute Technical Assignments: Carries out a range of technical tasks, resolving moderately complex issues using current technologies and established procedures
Analyze and Resolve Issues: Evaluates technical problems by examining various factors and data, developing and implementing effective solutions under guided direction
Collaborate with Team Members: Works collaboratively with internal teams to maintain quality standards, providing informal guidance to new team members and supporting team objectives
Apply Business Expertise: Utilizes knowledge of key business drivers and company processes to inform technical decisions and align projects with organizational goals
Enhance Technical Proficiency: Continuously develops and expands technical skills by mastering current technologies, contributing to the team’s capabilities and performance

Required

4 Year Bachelor's Degree
4+ years of relevant work experience
Mastery of relevant engineering technologies and tools utilized in the role
Expertise in analyzing data and situations to resolve moderately complex technical issues
Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to various audiences
Skilled in working collaboratively with internal and external teams to achieve common objectives
Provides guidance and support to new team members to facilitate their integration and development
Understanding of key business drivers and the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance work performance
Ensures high standards in personal work output and contributes to maintaining team quality
Competent in handling a range of technical assignments with minimal supervision
Demonstrates the ability to learn and apply new technologies as required by the role
Skilled in creating and maintaining accurate technical documentation and records
