Responsibilities

Collaborate with global and regional business, operations, finance, legal, accounting, trade and tax teams to develop fulfillment strategies, aligning with Leo's unique business goals and business models in each country

Define and deliver comprehensive and crisp product requirements across mid and last mile supply chain needs, leveraging and expanding existing solutions

Partner with tech teams across Leo and Amazon to drive product development from design through to release, making hard, high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-market

Drive alignment and commitment across dependency teams, identifying and resolving strategic risks to help the team meet business, financial, and technical goals

Required

Bachelor's degree

Bachelor's degree in a technical field

3+ years of technical product or program management experience

3+ years combining supply chain, product, and program management, driving strategic initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency

Preferred

5+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

5+ years in supply chain tech product development
