Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with modern cloud data warehouses and BI platforms (Snowflake and Sigma preferred)
Proven ability to independently lead complex, ambiguous analytics initiatives from concept through delivery
Strong experience partnering with senior stakeholders and translating business strategy into clear analytical solutions
Demonstrated ability to build scalable, well-governed dashboards, metrics, and data models that support both executive reporting and self-serve use cases
Experience managing analytics workflows, priorities, and delivery timelines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical logic to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong business judgment with a demonstrated understanding of retail performance drivers across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operations
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining quality and rigor
Advanced SQL experience
Preferred
Experience with Snowflake or other cloud warehousing tools (Databricks, BigQuery)
Ticketing experience to help set ticketing best practices
Experience in Jira is ideal
