Responsibilities

Work with a team of engineers to execute programs
Provide assistance of managing program financial data and schedule information to the team
Help with cross-functional team communication to execute project plans
Assist with successful completion of projects within budget and scope
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
2+ years of experience in engineering or technical support
Proven track record of providing technical support and guidance to engineering teams

Preferred

Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in aerospace engineering or related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for teamwork, communication and continuous learning
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
Customer-focused mindset and ability to build strong relationships
