Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across time zones
Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS and keep data clean
Ensure fast feedback loops and candidate follow-ups
Prepare interview materials and hiring packets
Help drive offer generation and closing logistics
Create a high-quality, founder-level candidate experience
Track hiring funnel metrics (time-to-hire, stage conversion)
Identify bottlenecks in interview loops and fix them
Keep hiring managers accountable to timelines
Support onboarding: accounts, paperwork, first-week setup
Maintain employee records and basic HR systems
Assist with payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and compliance
Support visa-related coordination (OPT / CPT / STEM-OPT)
Partner with founders and team leads on hiring priorities
Support headcount planning and hiring calendars
Help document internal processes as the company scales

Required

1–4 years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Ops, or HR Operations
Strong organizational skills — nothing slips through the cracks
Excellent communication and follow-up instincts
Comfort operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Bias toward action — you fix problems instead of escalating them

Preferred

Startup or high-growth company experience
Exposure to technical, GTM, or AI hiring
Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.)
Experience supporting multi-role hiring at once
Interest in growing into Recruiter, People Ops Lead, or HR Manager
