They are seeking a full-time Member Service Representative to serve as the primary contact with members, handling transactions and promoting credit union services while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact with our members
Be responsible for handling member transactions and accounts, primarily dealing in cash and checks
Promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to our members
Expected to travel to various Magic Valley branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts and sensitive information
Basic financial knowledge
High School Graduate or GED
Must be bondable
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
