Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, travel, and communications with a strong understanding of business priorities
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up notes for executive meetings, board meetings, and strategic sessions
Track action items and ensure timely follow-through across leadership and cross-functional teams
Serve as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Support strategic planning initiatives by organizing information, tracking priorities, and coordinating timelines
Assist with budget tracking, contract coordination, and business documentation as needed
Help streamline executive workflows, improve internal processes, and maintain operational discipline
Draft, review, and manage executive communications, ensuring clarity and professionalism
Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and operations teams on executive-level matters
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives led by the CEO
Monitor progress against milestones and flag risks or delays proactively

Required

5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role
Strong business acumen and understanding of executive decision-making processes
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup or high-growth environment
High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism

Preferred

Experience in technology, consumer products, or startup environments
Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Experience supporting board or investor-related activities
