In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary projects, manage project schedules, identify risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives for a global data center portfolio.

Responsibilities
Own the development of the long-range infrastructure supply plans
Utilize the output from advanced demand and capacity models to drive critical trade-off decisions and develop optimal multi-year supply plans. Communicate the resulting resource requirements and investment signals to key suppliers and execution partners to ensure alignment and advocate for the optimal planning outcome
Establish cross-functional planning governance, enforcing established principles and actively incorporating asset delivery status and risks from site acquisition through construction completion to ensure accountability and on-time performance of the regional plans
Serve as the central bridge and point-of-contact for the regional planning, cultivating strong relationships to align the internal business drivers of all key stakeholders with the regional infrastructure plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, construction management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure and real estate development (or a similar industry)
5 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs
Preferred
8 years of experience in managing large, cross-functional program
Ability to develop data-driven technical insights and quickly translating them into executable commercial solutions for the business
Excellent skills in planning and communication management in a cross-functional leadership role, with the ability to create project plans that break down work into discrete phases and manage dependencies
