Responsibilities
Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs
Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches and torn upholstery
Takes out unwanted materials when needed- Keep the car wash area clean/organized
Utilize special purpose cleaners to insure lasting cleanliness of vehicle
Operate all tools in a safe manner
Report any safety issues to Management
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional automotive detailing experience (dealership or reconditioning environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of detailing tools, chemicals, and safe handling procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment with high turnaround demands
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Reliable transportation and full-time availability (including some weekends if required)
Ability to stand, bend, and work in and around vehicles for extended periods
Preferred
Previous experience detailing vehicles in a dealership or high-volume reconditioning shop
Familiarity with paint correction, buffing, or ceramic coating
Strong time-management skills to handle multiple vehicles per day
Team player with good communication skills
