ATC Automation is a leader in custom automation solutions, and they are seeking a Business Development Manager for the KY/IL/IN territory. This role involves generating new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering tailored automation solutions while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer needs and industry trends to uncover strategic growth opportunities

Grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new markets and technologies

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at both operational and executive levels

Set and manage territory priorities aligned with ATC's strategic growth objectives

Lead business development efforts in Transportation, Consumer Products, and Medical Device assembly markets

Guide and support Sales Representatives to achieve territory goals

Represent ATC at trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility and engagement

Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data within ATC's CRM system

Provide regular performance updates and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets

Required

Experience in custom automation and engineered solutions

Demonstrated success in sales and business development roles

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Strategic thinking paired with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills

High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer commitment

Willingness to travel throughout the KY/IL/IN territory as needed
