Manager – Business Development

Svaya Robotics is seeking an experienced B2B sales manager to develop and expand its robotics business across SME and Enterprise accounts. The role involves driving a multi-pronged sales strategy and establishing relationships with key decision makers while also managing sales through distribution channels for SMEs.

Responsibilities

Develop lead generation strategy
Establish and nurture professional relationships with key decision makers in potential accounts
Present business development strategy, sales pipeline, and results to management
Deliver key business results while pioneering a relationship-based approach to accounts
Represent Svaya at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events
Co-ordinate with application and support teams to meet customer expectations and for effective account performance and sales
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

Qualification

B2B sales experienceHigh-tech solutions salesResult-oriented sales skillsCommunication skillsStartup environment adaptability

Required

6+ years of strategic sales experience in a B2B high-technology product sales
Strong result-oriented sales skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Adept at selling high-tech solutions to small and large manufacturing companies
Flexibility and willingness to travel is a plus
Comfortable working in a startup environment
B.E / B.Tech with MBA
