Responsibilities

Provide technical and analytical support to advisors and project staff by contributing to program planning, implementation, and monitoring activities, including reviewing technical materials, tracking progress against workplans, and supporting quality assurance of deliverables
Support technical inputs in line with donor requirements by collecting, organizing, and synthesizing program data and documentation, and contributing to periodic reports, learning products, and compliance-related deliverables
Support the development and implementation of training and capacity-building activities by assisting with curriculum development, preparing training materials, supporting facilitation logistics, and incorporating feedback into updated content, under the guidance of Technical Advisors

Draft scopes of work and support consultant engagement by helping define tasks, timelines, and deliverables; coordinating inputs; and reviewing outputs for technical accuracy and alignment with project objectives
Stay informed about trends, tools, and emerging best practices in the assigned technical area and contribute research, summaries, and practical insights to inform program design and continuous improvement
Under guidance from the Practice Director and Technical Advisors, support business development efforts by contributing background research, drafting technical sections, and formatting proposal content in alignment with donor requirements
Support project leads and technical advisors in developing knowledge-sharing and communications products such as blogs, webinars, briefs, and presentations, by drafting content, synthesizing lessons learned, and coordinating with communications staff to elevate program learning and visibility

Required

Bachelor's degree in Education, International Development, or a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in supporting education-related programs (e.g., lifelong learning, digital learning, and workforce development)
Strong writing and analytical skills, with experience drafting or contributing to training materials, reports, briefs, or other technical or learning-focused products
Demonstrated ability to organize, synthesize, and analyze information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical staff, project teams, and external partners
Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive team player with interest in building technical expertise and contributing to continuous learning and improvement
Fluent oral and written English communication skills, including technical writing skills
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Master's degree in Education or a related discipline
Experience using project management, learning, or content-development tools (e.g., Asana, Moodle, WordPress, Canva, Adobe)
Multilingual fluency (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or other languages)
