Responsibilities
Review and audit AI-generated responses to tax law and regulatory questions for accuracy, clarity, and compliance
Evaluate responses against established quality standards and provide feedback to improve AI performance
Collaborate with team leads to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement in AI tools
Provide accurate and professional written responses to complex tax law and procedure questions submitted by tax professionals in the field
Use research tools and databases, etc. to research tax law and regulatory issues
Work with teammates and team leads to ensure compliance with service level agreements
Provide best in class customer service striving to provide clear, prompt, and accurate assistance
Demonstrate teamwork and “curious” mindset
Maintain current tax knowledge
Qualification
Required
Ability to research complex tax situations and communicate results in an easily understood manner
Willingness to learn new information and skills and to be coached
Willingness to work independently and to seek assistance when necessary
Possess computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Software
Access to high-speed internet service
Preferred
Current JD or CPA certification or an appropriate/equivalent combination of education and experience
3 or more years of professional legal or accounting experience - tax preparation or research experience strongly preferred
