Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing, construction, and distribution sectors and beyond
Develop and implement strategic account plans aimed at acquiring new clients and driving revenue expansion
Navigate complex sales cycles by effectively managing multiple stakeholders and overcoming objections to successfully close complex deals
Consistently achieve or surpass quota targets, with a strong focus on delivering measurable revenue growth
Maintain precise and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports to ensure transparency and accountability across the sales process

Required

Proven track record as a hunter with a minimum of 3 years experience in full-cycle ERP sales or ERP-adjacent solutions sales, consistently exceeding challenging sales targets
Experience selling into at least one of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, or construction
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
Self-motivated and results-oriented, excelling in fast-paced and competitive sales environments
Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, with the confidence to engage senior executives and multiple stakeholders effectively
Strategic thinker with the aptitude to identify customer challenges and position tailored solutions that address their specific needs
Highly coachable, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement
