Responsibilities
Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify trends, risks, and savings opportunities
Build dashboards and KPI reports for supplier performance, contract compliance, and realized savings
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ events, including bid preparation, analysis, scoring, and documentation
Evaluate proposals for pricing, quality, service levels, and risk to inform award recommendations
Assist category plans and supplier rationalization to optimize total cost of ownership
Maintain accurate contract records, manage renewals and extensions, and track compliance with policies
Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to align terms, mitigate risk, and ensure policy adherence
Identify and implement process automation and reporting enhancements across P2P and CLM systems
Support adoption of new procurement tools and share best practices across the sourcing function
Engage stakeholders to understand priorities and support supplier relationship management for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or data‐driven supplier analysis; professional services experience preferred
Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP, procure‐to‐pay, and contract lifecycle management systems
Hands‐on experience managing RFPs, supplier evaluations, and cost/benefit analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and stakeholder management
Self‐motivated team player with strong attention to detail and problem‐solving skills
Location: Based in Boston, NYC, or DC with ability to be on‐site as needed
Preferred
Experience creating category strategies, supplier scorecards, and KPI tracking
Exposure to vendor risk management, compliance tracking, and policy governance in professional services
