Qolab is a superconducting quantum computing company focused on building utility-scale quantum hardware. They are seeking a highly organized Operations & Administrative Assistant to support executives and ensure smooth lab operations at their Wisconsin laboratory.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate leadership meetings, prepare agendas/notes, and manage travel and expense reporting

Support daily operational needs of the Wisconsin lab, coordinate vendors and equipment logistics, and maintain organized records and internal documentation

Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain recruiting trackers, and support onboarding preparation for new hires

Support website updates and content posting, and help coordinate conferences, trade shows, academic, and government-related events

Provide general administrative support across operations, finance, and leadership teams while tracking action items and supporting special projects as Qolab scales
