Procurement Supervisor

Compal is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to implement procurement strategies and oversee daily procurement activities. The role involves maintaining supplier relationships, tracking orders, and training new staff to ensure efficient procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Implement the procurement strategy set by the manager, supervise the daily procurement work of the team, and ensure on-time completion of procurement tasks for server raw materials
Maintain regular communication and relationship with suppliers and secure the material supply
Track procurement orders (from placement to delivery), resolve abnormal issues in real time (e.g., delayed delivery, quality defects)
Assist the manager in sorting out procurement processes, and putting forward process optimization proposals to improve work efficiency
Train new procurement staff, guide them to master server raw material knowledge and procurement operation standards, and supervise their work performance

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields
5+ years of procurement experience in the server/electronics industry
1+ year of supervisory experience
Familiar with the specifications, supplier base of server raw materials
Understanding of supplier management
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously
Proficient in using office software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Basic data analysis ability to support material delivery and inventory control
Good English communication skills (written and spoken, TOEIC 500+)
Proactive work attitude and strong sense of responsibility
