This role involves overseeing the architecture and development of Service Cloud and OmniStudio implementations, ensuring they support critical operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud
Architect and deliver complex business processes using OmniStudio, guiding the team in developing reusable components
Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation while mentoring developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment across platforms

Required

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Expert-level mastery of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Console, Entitlements, Knowledge)
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform core, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing
Strong architectural background in OmniStudio with proven ability to design complex user experiences and data integration layers
Extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade data models and managing secure API integrations (REST/SOAP) in a large-scale environment

Preferred

Experience in Automotive Cloud or Financial Services industry, specifically Captive Finance/Lending
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) native services or similar serverless technologies for integration
Salesforce certifications such as OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, System or Application Architect, Service Cloud Consultant
