Senior LeveleTeam is seeking a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager to drive clients Finance’s conversational analytics transformation. This role involves coordinating multi-phase, cross-functional initiatives to modernize how Finance accesses, analyzes, and consumes data, while leading strategic programs and ensuring alignment on business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic and transformation programs that drive Finance modernization, including the conversational analytics program in the Finance organization
Partner with project sponsors, Finance leadership, data teams, and functional SMEs to define program scope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and operating mechanisms
Drive alignment on business outcomes tied to automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement
Apply program/project management methods to plan, execute, and monitor workstreams, ensuring clarity of scope, predictable delivery, and adoption of technical capabilities across Finance
Coordinate complex workstreams, delegate effectively, challenge assumptions, and push for process excellence and innovation
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Data/Analytics teams and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational readiness, continuous improvement, and executive-level decision-making
Champion organizational change through communication, training, UAT coordination, and stakeholder alignment
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Senior Finance Program/Project Manager
Strong operational leadership skills
Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes
Experience in driving Finance modernization programs
Ability to partner with project sponsors, Finance leadership, data teams, and functional SMEs
Experience in defining program scope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, and operating mechanisms
Ability to drive alignment on business outcomes tied to automation, efficiency, adoption, and analytics enablement
Experience applying program/project management methods to plan, execute, and monitor workstreams
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to coordinate complex workstreams and delegate effectively
Ability to challenge assumptions and push for process excellence and innovation
Strong partnership skills with Finance, IT, Data/Analytics teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in driving operational readiness and continuous improvement
Ability to champion organizational change through communication, training, UAT coordination, and stakeholder alignment
