Responsibilities
Provide on-site supervision and coordination for all phases of Excavation
Ensure team members are operating machine(s) daily in a safe and efficient manner
Support and set pace with the crew, ensuring all projects are done safely and to company standards
Lead and train team members
Maintain production of the jobs and communicate efficiently with project managers and directors
Qualification
Required
10+ years of residential construction experience
4+ years overseeing excavation crews in a residential setting
Ability to problem solve, balancing team vs individual responsibilities, prioritizes work activities and uses time efficiently
Ability to work on site in south central PA and parts of MD
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
