Responsibilities

Responsible for patient access, scheduling, registration, and patient discharge (including all require signatures and follow up)
Entering data into OPIE (business management program), obtaining detailed written orders (including physician signature), and audit of Work In Progress (WIP) up and through date of delivery
Audit of EMR prior to submission to the corporate office for billing

Required

HS Diploma/GED is required

Preferred

One-Two years of experience working in a hospital or medical office preferred
Patient Registration, Scheduling, And Related Office Experience Preferred
Durable Medical Equipment (Orthotics & Prosthetics) related experience (strongly preferred)
