Kohler Hospitality is seeking a Golf Retail Associate for their Blackwolf Run location. This role involves assisting guests with their purchasing needs, maintaining store organization, and promoting retail offerings.

Responsibilities

Greet, welcome and assist all guests on their purchasing needs and educate them on the products and services provided

Assist in overall organization of store by making sure that size runs are complete and merchandise is in the proper location and folded or hung neatly

Continually learn more about the products carried in the shop through vendor presentations and supervisor/associate meetings

Assist in maintenance of store: Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, glass and window cleaning, sweeping, garbage removal, etc

Suggestive sell our retail offerings, in-shop promotions and inform guests of events

Assist in checking in shipments and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor

Assist with physical Inventory counts and reconciliation

Assist with tagging of new merchandise and preparing merchandise for store floor

Be knowledgeable about and be able to promote the Destination Kohler Resort and the Village of Kohler: van service, directions, restaurants and menus, hours of operation etc

Complete other tasks assigned within job scope
