Responsibilities
Administration and coordination of the program’s activities
Managing/supervising administrative & case-management support team
Behavioral Health grants administration
Leading the development of the annual Behavioral Health budget
Implementation of the overall program goals and objectives
Passing on knowledge of important program processes (i.e. inform of payer changes, organization-wide changes, etc.)
Preparation and monitoring of policies and procedures
Interfacing with community collaborators
Lead in fiscal management
Program operations and logistics
Participation in program evaluation
Data collection and reporting
Serving as a liaison between the clinic staff, clinic administrators, and site medical directors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, sociology, nursing or health services
A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health management or other related clinical integration management is required
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin depending on location preferred
