Responsibilities
Deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi functional printers in clinical areas
Respond to customer requests to resolve their issues in person or remotely, via phone and email
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Resolve network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers
Qualification
Required
Imaging/deployment experience
Experience deploying and supporting desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas
Ability to respond to customer requests to resolve issues in person or remotely, via phone and email
Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
Experience working with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers
Strong documentation skills
Strong customer service skills
Entry/Mid Level experience
Preferred
