Customer Service Representative
Gerdau North America is a leader in mini-mill steel production and steel recycling. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Order creation and reconfirmation; taking customer orders (via call or email) to include the product needed, the timeframe needed and price constraints; finding the product availability and entering / confirming the order; managing any changes to the order to include timeframe, price, product quantity, etc and ensuring the customer is aware of any impact of changes; creating the shipment schedule and confirming the order
Create account set up details to include credit
Find availability of materials and alternatives to fulfill orders for customers
Open and process customer complaints
Qualification
Required
Diploma in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer knowledge and experience, especially with MS Office suite
Previous experience with data entry, customer service and telesales
