Responsibilities

Process initial title and registration transactions for vehicles across multiple states, ensuring timely and accurate completion

Maintain legality of plates and facilitate title management throughout the life of the vehicle, including ownership transfers, title corrections, and duplicate titles

Establish and manage relationships with internal teams, external agencies, tag agents, and dealers to support title and registration processes

Act as a subject matter expert for assigned states, providing guidance and resolving inquiries related to titling requirements

Monitor and manage tasks through Salesforce and email, prioritizing urgent requests and ensuring timely resolution

Collaborate with operations and client business units to provide updates and education on title and registration processes

Assist team members with workload balancing to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Ensure compliance with Title Management Processing procedures and participate in special projects as needed
