Qualification
Required
Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to, from, and in between sites as needed
High school diploma or GED
5+ years of Project Management Experience
Overseeing PM's and sub contractors
Familiar with working with roofing, siding, windows and doors for residential
Professionalism with client facing experience
Self-motivation and discipline
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Resourceful problem solving abilities
Top notch customer service skills
