Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional and courteous support
Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing customers to promote products and services
Manage client accounts, update data accurately using Microsoft Office and other CRM tools
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and achieve sales targets

Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills

Outbound calling experience with a focus on sales or lead generation
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
