Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers
Assist customers with scheduling exams
Process source documents for testing and on-line course registration
Process data entry using Colleague administrative software
Process and deliver test reports
Provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and related clerical experience required
Strong computer skills including troubleshooting software and hardware issues
Self-starter with strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of College personnel, students, business and industry clients is essential
Must be available for scheduling during operational hours
Tests may be proctored on or off campus
Preferred
Associate's degree is preferred
Colleague software experience preferred
