Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to regional executives and managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives
Translate organizational goals into effective HR initiatives, ensuring integration across all South locations
Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to centralize and streamline team structures
Lead the transition to one centralized organizational team structure
Oversee the execution of leave, accommodation, and disability processes with full compliance
Implement and manage new employment agreements for all team members
Conduct an audit of personnel records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor and regulatory requirements
Roll out the new employee handbook across all South locations
Design, implement, and execute the company's first year-end performance review cycle
Partner with leaders to drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and performance
Support succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth strategies
Champion initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, inclusion, and retention
Use workforce analytics and HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and policies, ensuring continuous improvement

Required

7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years as a business partner or generalist supporting field operations or distributed teams
Demonstrated experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
Proven ability to manage both strategy and execution, moving seamlessly from high-level planning to hands-on implementation
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Exceptional consultative, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Analytical mindset, using data to inform decision-making and drive outcomes
