Responsibilities
Supplier Assessment: Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting audits, assessing their quality systems, and verifying compliance with standards
Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address quality issues
Root Cause Analysis: Work with suppliers to perform root cause analysis for defects or non-conforming materials and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Supplier Development: Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure supplier quality aligns with company requirements and standards
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of supplier performance, audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure supplier materials and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience with SQE management
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills
Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, QC system, FA tools, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
Preferred
Experience with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485
Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
