Complete Care Management is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee and support skilled nursing facilities throughout the Wisconsin region. This role serves as a strategic and operational HR partner, balancing compliance, employee relations, and leadership support while maintaining a strong on-site presence across facilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR leader for multiple skilled nursing facilities across Wisconsin

Maintain consistent, on-site HR presence through frequent facility visits

Lead and oversee complex employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective action processes

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Complete Care policies

Advise Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and regional leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations

Partner with corporate HR and Recruiting on workforce planning, hiring strategies, onboarding, and retention initiatives

Support leadership development and provide coaching to facility leadership teams

Oversee HR audits, personnel file compliance, and regulatory readiness

Provide guidance on workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, and accommodation processes

Act as a visible, trusted HR presence for leadership and frontline employees

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required

7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare, skilled nursing, or long-term care

Multi-site or regional HR leadership experience required

Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance

Proven ability to manage complex employee relations and investigations

Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Wisconsin

Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills

Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
