Responsibilities

Developing automated, transactional, and ad-hoc email and text messaging campaigns
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to validate customer segments, edit campaign content, and translate from English to Spanish
Creating compelling, accurate, and personalized content aligned with FSA's vision and brand
Analyzing campaign data and provides recommendations on areas for improvement
Conducting A/B testing of subject lines, content, formatting, and timing to optimize performance

Required

Must be a US Citizen
Males 18 and over must be registered with the Selective Service
You may be subject to serve a one-year trial period
You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this vacancy announcement
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-12 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments: Experience developing, deploying, and optimizing email campaigns; Experience creating compelling, accurate, and personalized digital communications content; Experience coordinating multi-faceted communications projects
Education cannot be substituted for experience for this position and grade level
Skill in deploying, developing, and optimizing email campaigns
Knowledge of project management and coordinating multi-faceted projects including communication to various stakeholders
Knowledge of the principles, methods, practices and techniques of digital communication that enable the incumbent to provide technical advice on email and digital marketing campaigns
Ability to apply a variety of techniques in gathering, analyzing and evaluating complex data from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends and develop appropriate recommendations
Ability to implement A/B message testing and other methodologies to create and test web and email variations for optimal conversion results
