Plans use of Subordinate workers, equipment, facilities, and materials on a weekly basis or month to month basis
Investigates Electric Branch Work related problems
Provide program manager techincal direction for electrical and electronic systems
Supports and Explains management programs to subordinates. Recommends disciplinary actions, promotions and other personnel actions
Advise and counsels workers on performance
Qualification
Required
Ability to do the work of a(n) ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIAL CONTROLS MECHANIC SUPERVISOR without more than normal supervision
Working as a lead person in a group or team by ensuring work assignments are carried out, checking work in progress and making adjustments to work assignments based on priorities as it relates to electrical and electronic control systems
I can make repairs and correct defects on electrical and electronic control systems
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation
This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health and ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time
The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles
Position may be considered weather and mission essential
This position is supervisory as defined by the Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG). A one year probation to assess your ability to perform supervisory duties is required unless previously completed
