SEPT Physical Therapy is a physical therapist-owned practice providing exceptional physical therapy services in Western North Carolina. The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative tasks to support the clinic's operations.

Required
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
Able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
Able to work independently and take initiative
Must be able to manage time
Requires the ability to multitask
Should be a good person and fun to be around
Must be able to work some evenings
Proficient computer skills and typing skills and software knowledge
Must be outgoing, professional, and organized
Must be available to work full time hours Monday-Friday
Preferred
Medical front desk knowledge is preferred but not required
