Responsibilities

Partnering with colleagues on the team to support the ideation and execution of GCS strategic projects
Provide project support while working alongside senior leaders and effectively utilize project management techniques to organize, plan and execute initiatives while meeting or exceeding timelines
Support stakeholders to develop and implement PMO standards & template e.g., project charter, project plan, RAID, project governance
Partner with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise including, Product, Sales & AD, Marketing, Technologies, Operations Excellence, Finance, Operations to drive the execution of the strategic projects
Use data to develop insights and produce opportunity assessments designed to identify, size and scope strategies for improving revenue and margins

Required

You are a highly motivated self-starter, curiosity, a willingness to learn and a sense of ownership and accountability
2 to 3 years of combined experience in Consulting, and/ or Program Management/ Strategy
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
Strong communication and relationship management skills, both written and verbal, with ability to interact with partners across all management levels
Excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to analyze data and information to proficiently produce meaningful conclusions and recommendations
Ability to build and leverage relationships with key business partners
Bachelor's Degree required
