Responsibilities
Maintaining showroom standards to ensure proper presentation by brand
Assist in organizing sample closet and participate in sample audits/inventory
Fulfilling and shipping sample requests from sales team, Marketing & PR teams
Provide reporting of top sellers by brand
Assist in the maintenance of survey reporting and dealer agreements
Preparation & support for local and domestic sales events
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Current undergraduate student seeking a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or relevant field
Comfortable working in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
Strong communication/interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality
Can work independently and be a team player while maintaining a professional attitude
Ability to multi-task, prioritize/time-manage, and be highly detail-oriented
Legally authorized to work in the US before first day of employment
Preferred
Knowledge of luxury, fashion, retail specialty or wholesale environment
