Assisting with evaluation and improvement of retention programs, employee surveys, and exit surveys
Helping coordinate community outreach, volunteer initiatives, awards, and anniversary programs
Gaining experience with HR systems, project management, and data analysis to track program success
Qualification
Required
Senior-level undergraduate or masters level students or recent graduates in Communications, Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields
Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn
Passionate about people, culture, and making an impact
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and contributing to team success
This internship requires pre-employment screenings, including criminal background and drug screening
