Responsibilities

RECEIVING and preparing orders for units, and distributing supplies in a timely and organized manner, (speed and accuracy are the utmost important factor when receiving orders)

Assisting with the unloading of supplier truck in order to receive, combine and process incoming and outgoing shipments

Provides back-up support to staff

Procures supplies for the hospitals

Follows up on any purchase orders placed

Directs internal and external customers to appropriate areas and acts as receptionist

Taking responsibility within appropriate guidelines
