Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

Drive adoption and utilization of Quicktome within existing hospital accounts across Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Neuroradiology
Serve as the primary clinical expert and trusted partner for physicians, imaging teams, and allied health professionals
Provide hands-on clinical support to ensure confident, effective use of Quicktome in patient care
Integrate Quicktome into MRI, surgical planning, and patient care workflows
Troubleshoot MRI scans for technical, protocol, and process-related issues
Validate new MRI installations and imaging protocols to ensure compatibility and optimal Quicktome performance
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and imaging quality
Deliver clinical training, product demonstrations, and ongoing education for hospital staff
Support the implementation of new clinical and imaging protocols
Contribute to the development of training materials and onboarding resources
Act as the clinical liaison between customers and internal product, technical, and commercial teams
Capture and communicate clinical feedback and usage insights to support continuous product improvement
Support regional commercial objectives by enabling successful onboarding and sustained utilization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Neuroscience, Nursing, or a related clinical, technical, or scientific discipline
2+ years of experience in a Clinical Specialist, Applications Specialist, or similar hospital-facing role
Hands-on experience supporting clinicians in operating room (OR) and hospital environments, with confidence in procedural settings
Experience with Neurosurgery, Neurology, Neuroradiology, and/or Spine Surgery clinical workflows
Familiarity with neuro-navigation systems and their integration into surgical workflows
Strong expertise in cranial MRI, through either a hospital-based imaging role or a MedTech / Digital Health / medical device distributor supporting hospitals
Proven ability to support the full clinical workflow, from order initiation to intraoperative use, ensuring a seamless, issue-free experience
Knowledge of hospital MRI workflows, imaging protocols, and back-end clinical processes, with the ability to maintain and support existing accounts
Customer-centric, proactive, and responsive approach to supporting clinicians and ensuring a high-quality user experience
Solid foundation in neuroanatomy, brain imaging, and neurological procedures
Strong communication, presentation, and clinical training skills, able to translate complex concepts into practical guidance
Self-directed and reliable in a multi-site, customer-facing clinical support role, with the ability to prioritize urgent clinical needs
Technically proficient with medical imaging software, digital health platforms, PACS, and related clinical tools
