The Regulator Production Department is looking for a motivated Team Lead to assist coworkers in meeting production schedules and quality standards, while ensuring safety and efficiency in operations.

Responsibilities
Assist coworkers in meeting production schedules and quality standards
Monitor workflow and ensure efficient use of resources
Train new coworkers on assembly procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations
Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications
Collaborate with other regulator assembly product lines to optimize operations and workflow
Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following safety policies and procedures
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, quality, and downtime
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Fill in for absentees or coworkers on breaks to maintain production flow
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
Preferred
technical or vocational training preferred
