Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research and social media
Cold Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media to engage with prospects and introduce them to our products/services
Qualify Leads: Assess the needs and challenges of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for our solutions, and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and communications in the CRM system, ensuring the sales pipeline is up-to-date and well-organized
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on target markets, messaging, and lead generation strategies
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new business prospects

No prior sales experience needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
2 years post-grad work experience of face-to-face customer service, retail, or hospitality, is a plus
