This role is responsible for translating business strategy into financial outcomes and building scalable finance operations to support sustainable growth and profitability.

Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic modeling processes
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance management
Partner closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team to deliver strategic financial insights, scenario analysis, and decision support
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to support operational efficiency and growth initiatives
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements, management reports, and executive dashboards
Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies
Support corporate initiatives including pricing strategy, investment evaluation, M&A analysis, and business case development
Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance scalability and efficiency
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance organization across FP&A, accounting, and analytics functions
Act as a key liaison with external partners including auditors, lenders, and financial advisors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance roles
Proven experience leading organizational-level financial planning and reporting functions
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and internal controls
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic outcomes
Preferred
MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential
Prior experience in a Vice President of Finance, Director of Finance, or equivalent senior role
Experience supporting executive leadership, board reporting, or investor-facing deliverables
Background in growth-stage, private equity–backed, or complex operating environments
Experience with ERP and FP&A systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, or Anaplan
