CareSource is offering a 12-week paid summer internship program for college students seeking real-world experience. The Health Plan Data Analyst Intern will support special projects and initiatives, working with large amounts of data and collaborating on AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Work with large amounts of transactional data for reconciliation utilizing programs such as Excel, and Facets

Partner and work with our vendors to help coordinate and implement various AI initiatives

Take recommendations to tweak and enhance our various AI models

Identify potential areas of improvement and opportunities to leverage AI technology for existing processes

Use AI driven solutions, and work with an AI automation driven project

Other department projects as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Effective listening and critical thinking skills

Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information

Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
