Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering and business process mapping for PeopleSoft HCM
Develop functional design documentation and system requirements
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support PeopleSoft HCM module implementations, particularly Time and Labor
Translate complex functional requirements into clear, actionable documentation
Qualification
Required
DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of business analysis experience on complex ERP projects
3+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor experience
Knowledge of Public Sector business processes
Strong functional analysis and documentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Deep understanding of HCM business processes
Preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
