Responsibilities
Oversee contractor engineering performance and owner/contractor interfaces
Review engineering designs for compliance with contracts, permits, codes, and standards
Support or lead cross-functional teams across the full project lifecycle
Manage engineering-related contracts and change management processes
Support commissioning, system turnover, and performance testing
Ensure compliance with safety, NERC, QA/QC, and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering
6+ years of progressive experience in power generation engineering, EPC, construction, or operations
Expertise in mechanical engineering discipline
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Experience working on Combined Cycle Gas Turbines (CCGT)
Preferred
advanced degree
Experience with large EPC contracts
PE and/or PMP
