Responsibilities

All aspects of Accounts Payable, including packing slip/invoice matching, entering bills in computer system, paying bills, both via check and online
Contract Billings monthly as required
Answering multi-line phone calls and assisting with customer needs as back up
Maintain office supplies; inventory and orders as needed
Offer support and solutions to Vendors and Customers in accordance with the company's policies
A/R tasks as needed
Other duties as requested by Management

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be detail oriented, organized, and have strong attention to detail
Able to multi-task is a must

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Sage experience a plus
