Design thoughtful, intuitive user experiences across Growth Marketing internal tools
Translate complex requirements, workflows, and data into clear, engaging, and usable interfaces
Produce a wide range of design artifacts, including sketches, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready design specifications
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity throughout implementation
Uphold and reinforce design principles focused on simplicity, clarity, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of experience in product design, technical product management, or a related role
Strong experience designing internal tools, workflow-driven products, or complex systems
Proven ability to translate technical and data-heavy concepts into intuitive user experiences
Proficiency with design and collaboration tools, including Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and Miro
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional partners
