They are seeking a dedicated Employment & Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to create case strategies, represent clients in legal proceedings, and manage case files while working collaboratively with a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
Creating case strategies and plans for successful outcomes in a variety of employment and personal injury matters
Conduct and defend depositions of lay witnesses and experts
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and jury trials
Draft complex pleadings
Manage case files, track progress, and manage deadlines
Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in West Virginia
Ability to build strong client relationships
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident and calm in high-pressure situations
Ability to be empathetic and compassionate while providing aggressive representation
Experience with motion practice and depositions
Experience representing clients in mediations
Willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Prior experience representing Plaintiffs and/or at least three years of litigation experience
